Registered office address
Registered address is the address of a company to which Companies House, HMRC and other official letters and reminders will be sent. The registered office can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there).
The registered office must always be an effective address for delivering documents to the company, and to avoid delays it is important that all correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly.
Registered address doesn’t have to be the place where you do your business. If you work from home and do not wish your home address to be on public records, or if you don’t have a suitable address within the UK or in the appropriate part of the UK, we can provide you with a registered office.
Use our address as your registered and we will forward you any official letters from HMRC and Companies House immediately and for free.

If you wish to have normal business mail forwarded from our address you will also need to purchase our Mail Forwarding service.
This service may be purchased with or without our Company Formation packages for the annual fee £130.

Secretarial Services
The Nominee Secretary is a person acting as your company’s secretary. Nominee secretary do not usually have an active role or function in the actual running of the company but can add value to your company formation.
If you do not have a suitable person to act as your company secretary, we can provide this for you.
This service is ideal for professionals who work alone but want the cover of being a limited company. It is also valuable for people who live outside Britain and want a signatory within the UK, if you are unfamiliar with UK legal requirements or terminology, or even if you just hate completing forms.
Our company secretary service provides you with the peace of mind that your records, register and annual return are all up to date, leaving you to run your business without the hassle of extra paperwork.
The Nominee Secretary service may be purchased with or without our Company Formation service and allows you to use our nominee person as secretary for your company.
The annual fee for this service is £80.
We charge an additional fee for administrative duties carried out, e.g.:

Mail Forwarding
A business address will help you to present a professional image and help your business to be perceived as being bigger than it actually is which helps open doors to dealing with larger companies. It can also help you establish yourself in other areas or countries.
Your home address is protected, overheads are dramatically reduced and there are no hidden fees.

Fixed monthly fee: £15

Mail forwarding is charged at normal postage costs plus £5 handling fee per item (up to 10 letters forwarded in 1 envelope)

Scan & email is charged at 40 pence per page.

A £30 account deposit is taken, from which all postal charges will be deducted.

Contact is made via email when this deposit runs low.

Due to recent legislation we are now required to hold copies of proof of identity and proof of address for any individual receiving post at our address.
